Tender Loving Care (TLC for short), a ministry of Riverview Baptist Church, opened their doors in 2000. TLC is a Christian daycare center serving children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. TLC can serve 129 children, but they have openings to share more love in all classrooms. TLC has many loving, caring individuals that comprise the staff. TLC’s director is Amanda Offenberger. She has been with TLC for more than 16 years, and has over 20 years teaching experience.
In the infants to one-year-old class, the leaders provide excellent care for the little ones. In the one-year-old class, their leaders are there to help the children as they learn to walk and talk. In the two-year-old class, their leaders do a wonderful job of keeping the children moving in their daily activities at the center. The K3 and K4 programs offer classroom settings with wonderful teachers. TLC also offers an after school program for school age children during the school year, also with many planned activities.

Statement of Purpose
Tender Loving Care Child Care Center is a ministry as well as a community service. We care for children from age six weeks to twelve years regardless of creed or ethnicity. The center's main function is to help prepare children through a planned curriculum that incorporates wholesome themes and expresses God's love for each of us in our daily activities. The services offered provide opportunities and experiences that promote growth in a period of rapid development. They are not a substitute for the home or the bonding that occurs between parents and their children, but they are an important supplement for working families.
